Our 5-star, state-of-the-art Boarding Resort offers canine and feline guests first-class accommodations with all the creature comforts, individual attention, and TLC they need to feel right at home. At Huffard Animal Hospital, we believe all pets are special and have designed our resort to become your pet’s home away from home. When you can’t be there to care for your pet, let us step in and help!
Our accommodations include:
- Four 15-minute walks per day
- Medical staff is available 24 hours a day should an unexpected illness occur
- Veterinarian-approved diet at no additional charge
- Special diets can be accommodated if supplied and the use of refrigeration and microwave is available if needed
- Hourly monitoring of appetite, mood, and medication
Canine Options
Our canine packages include an indoor, climate-controlled area with comfortable and soft bedding, relaxation music, and four outdoor bathroom breaks and walks per day. Our canine packages also include nutritious, palatable meals and careful monitoring and documentation of wellness and happiness. Some rooms are large enough for family members to stay together! Feline Options
Our high-rise condo offers six-floor luxury complete with a designer bed, soft bedding, and a hidden litter pan for the most modest of kitties. We also offer a Deluxe Condo which is a private condo with a second floor to allow for jumping, and increased activity, as well as a separate area for lounging on a soft sheepskin bed and a third separate bathroom connected by a portal. Immunizations
For the protection of all our guests, dogs that are boarding are required to be up to date on all vaccines [Rabies, Distemper / Parvo, and Intranasal Bordetella with Parainfluenza, CIV] and have had a fecal parasite exam within the past year. Cats are also required to be up to date on vaccines, including Rabies and Distemper, and have had a fecal parasite exam within the past year. All boarders are required to be at least five months of age and have an annual exam with one of our doctors.
